These Terms of Service govern your use of aatoltech.com and any purchase you make from AATOL TECH LTD (“AATOL”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and coverage guidance. Coverage figures are estimates for a typical room and depend on ceiling height, ventilation, layout, chosen fragrance intensity and personal sensitivity. Product colours and finishes may vary slightly between production batches and across screens. We may update specifications and packaging without notice as we improve our products.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place it. Depending on your location, sales tax, duties or import charges may apply and are your responsibility unless collected at checkout. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a pricing or availability error is discovered.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an address cannot be verified.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, timeframes and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will help resolve it.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our returns policy is set out on our Shipping & Returns page. In short: contact us within the stated window, return the item in its original condition, and we will refund or replace it in line with that policy and applicable consumer law. Fragrance oils that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
6. Safe use of fragrance oils and diffusers
Use our diffusers and fragrance oils only as described in the product instructions. Do not ingest fragrance oils, apply them to skin, or use them near open flame. Keep away from children and pets. Use only compatible fragrance oils and power supplies; damage caused by incompatible consumables or incorrect voltage is not covered.
7. Intellectual property
The AATOL name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are the property of AATOL TECH LTD or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for comparison only.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at a volume that degrades service, submitting false orders, or posting unlawful or misleading content in reviews.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except where the law does not allow it, the site and products are provided on an “as is” basis, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the store, are governed by the laws of the place of incorporation of AATOL TECH LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
